Gite Ty Berniques in Pléneuf Val André: For Hikers, Cyclists, and Golfers

Whether you love hiking, cycling, golf, or just exploring, you’ll enjoy the wide beaches of Ville Berneuf, Les Vallées, and Nantois, as well as the beautiful west-facing Val André seawall, lined with charming shops, bars, and restaurants.



The gite is just 800 m from the Vélomaritime cycle route and 1.5 km from the famous GR34 hiking trail. The stunning BlueGreen Pléneuf Val André golf course is only a 4-minute drive away.



Cap Fréhel and Fort-La Latte are about 30 minutes away via the coastal road, while the lovely port of Erquy, known for its scallop fishing, is just 20 minutes away. On your way to the seawall and Piégu port, you’ll pass through Pléneuf village, where you’ll find banks, pharmacies, bookstores, bakeries, a butcher, a small supermarket, and many other local shops.



Located in a quiet neighborhood, the gite offers everything you need to relax, cook (oven, induction hob, microwave, utensils), and unwind (books and games available). Enjoy the evening sun in a small garden area with a barbecue. Two bikes are available on request.



Recycling facilities are provided in the property.



IMPORTANT: The gite is attached to the main house. Out of respect for the neighbors and the peace of the area, parties, loud gatherings, and events are strictly forbidden. Quiet hours start at 10 pm.

Nous avons trouvé à Ty Berniques le petit nid parfait, au calme et joliment aménagé, pour passer quelques jours dans cette magnifique région. À proximité de départs de balades à pied ou à vélo, du golf, mais aussi de très très belles plages, il n'y a que l'embarras du choix. Ce fut un séjour très agréable aussi grâce à nos hôtes très sympathiques. Nous recommandons!

Une belle semaine ressourçante

Arriver, poser ses valises, profiter. C'est comme ça qu'on imagine sa location de vacances. Eh bien pari tenu !On se gare juste devant, on passe le portillon, et voilà Ty Berniques de l'autre côté de la pelouse. Anne-Marie, la propriétaire, nous accueille tout sourire, nous présente le logement. Bien décoré, accueillant. Et, pour l'avoir occupé huit jours sur place, absolument fonctionnel et confortable : y'a tout ce qu'il faut. Comme à la maison ! C'est la première année pour ce gîte, refait pour l'occasion. Literie neuve (important ça). Cuisine équipée, plaques à induction, un vrai four, un micro-ondes, une cafetière, etc. Comme à la maison j'ai dit. Toilettes en haut, toilettes en bas. Salon cozy. Anne-Marie et Eric y ont mis du cœur (et des souvenirs de leur vie de grands voyageurs). Il ne manque rien. Et s'il avait manqué quoi que ce soit, les propriétaires sont juste à côté. En fait nous sommes dans un deux pièces accolé à leur propre maison. On comprend tout de suite que ce n'est pas un gîte comme on en voit tant, souvent impersonnels et conçus comme des placements immobiliers (ils sont bien aussi, hein) mais l'opportunité pour Anne-Marie et Eric d'accueillir des voyageurs comme nous, mais aussi des randonneurs et des cyclistes (le GR34 est tout près), dans un appartement complètement autonome, à la fois près de la mer, mais loin des touristes ;-). Anne Marie en "fille du coin" saura vous faire partager ses bons plans...Arriver, poser ses valises, Profiter.
