Cocoonr Agency offers you, in Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming house less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi (optical fiber), an area of 120 m2 and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It consists of a nice living room of 75 m 2, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 500 m 2. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

Housing consists of the following:
- A living room of 75 m 2
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms with 2 queen beds (160x200)
- Two bathrooms with shower, WC

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following complementary equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, table and iron.
NB: the owners did not want to install a television in the housing.

Outside:
- A beautiful garden of 500 m2 + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from all essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking of the house.

For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest station: Lamballe
- Nearest airport: Rennes

Bus:
- BreizhGo Line – Line 2 (Saint-Brieuc ↔ Erquy), stop Dahouët Le Minihy
- During the summer, a free shuttle is set up by the city of Pléneuf-Val-André. This shuttle serves several stops, including "Dahouët Le Port", "Dahouët Le Minihy", "Charner" and "Lourmel", every 30 minutes from 9.30am to 6.30pm, every day, including public holidays.
