Haus mit zentraler Lage

Das Haus ist im Erdgeschoß etwas dunkel und das Bad über den gemeinsamen Hausflur mit dem Schlafzimmer verbunden. Küche Wohnzimmer und Dachgeschoß mit Schlafzimmer waren neu renoviert. Ebenso die Terasse mit dem Mobiliar. Leider gibt es keine reservierten Parplätze zur Wohnung. Ladestation ist ca. 350m weg von der Wohnung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut.
