This house can accommodate up to 4 people and offers carefully crafted and welcoming decor, perfect for feeling immediately at ease, just like at home.



From the moment you arrive, you will be charmed by the large light-filled veranda, which offers both a living space and a dining area with a direct view of the garden and terrace. It is a privileged place to share convivial meals or enjoy a moment of relaxation in complete tranquillity.



The living area also includes a comfortable lounge with television and Wi-Fi connection, as well as a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals just like at home.



On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet. A washing machine and dryer will be at your disposal.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms. One of them is equipped with a king-size bed and offers a beautiful view of the sea, which you can admire from the moment you wake up.



You will also appreciate the reading corner located upstairs, between the 2 bedrooms.



Outside, you will enjoy a large wooded garden of 334 m², with no overlooking neighbours, as well as a well-exposed terrace sheltered from view. This space is ideal for outdoor meals, moments of relaxation in the sun or simply to enjoy the surrounding tranquillity.



You will be welcomed by the Conciergerie La Bretonne, who will be delighted to advise you on the most beautiful walks, beaches and activities to discover in the region. A personalised welcome booklet will be handed to you to facilitate your stay and guide you throughout your holiday.



During peak season, a welcome basket composed of local products is offered for any stay of 7 nights or more.

The cleaning package includes end-of-stay cleaning as well as the provision of bed linen and towels.



Household linen (bed sheets, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels) is PROVIDED AND INCLUDED in the cleaning fee. One large bath towel is provided per person per stay. As our accommodations are equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, you also have the option of washing your towels during your stay. For added comfort, additional towels can be provided upon request at a rate of €8 per towel. Please let us know before your arrival so that we can prepare the additional towels for you. 😊 The beds will be made upon your arrival.
