In the heart of the countryside, just 10 minutes from the sea, we would be delighted to welcome you to this traditional longhouse within a charming farm complex, nestled in a wooded park crossed by a small stream.

Located in an outbuilding adjoining the owners' house, you will have a private garden with a terrace and barbecue.

The accommodation, garden, and access are completely private; only the rear of the cottage faces the main house.

In this idyllic and relaxing rural setting, you will also find shared spaces: a vegetable greenhouse, an orchard with our sheep and chickens...

On the ground floor, a large 40m² living area comprises an open-plan kitchen with a dining area (a low table with six stools) and, half a level higher, a lounge with sofas, a coffee table, a wood-burning stove, and French doors leading to the terrace and garden.

Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed, two small bedrooms with single beds, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a shower.

Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue, as well as a private garden of approximately 250m² enclosed by a hedge.

The ground floor is on two levels with steps, making it less suitable for people with reduced mobility or very young children.

The upper floor is in the attic, so the rooms are a bit small but functional. The accommodation is suitable for a couple with two children/teenagers.

We are in the countryside, so there is no high-speed internet, only 3 to 5 Mbps, which is sufficient for watching videos for two or three people.
