Leipzig .... c'est bien en Allemagne de l'Est ?

Hotel très bien situé : 15mn à pied du centre, facile d'accès en voiture, places de parking devant l’hôtel.Chambres fonctionnelles et bien équipées Le charme désuet d'un hôtel au Top il y a 40 ans. La propreté, seule vrai point noir, est surement d'époque.

A not so good to say the least. A per hour yse base hotel looks like. Spent only one night was there for less then 12hrs. The only good thing is the shoping mall infront of the hotel front door.

Our original room (902) for one night was very nice, clean, functional. The room that we were given when we returned from a one-day tour (702) and which we stayed in for six nights was substandard. The paint on the walls in the room was chipped and peeling, there was a stain on the carpet, part of the door frame was ripped out, the room frequently smelled of cigarette smoke and had to be aired out, the bathroom faucet wobbled, there was no cabinet around the bathroom sink (as there was in 902), the shower curtain went straight across, but the bathtub was circular, so the floor was routinely flooded after showering. The hallway on the 7th floor near our room, needed painting. Breakfast had a variety of food and was tasty. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Table service staff in the bar never seemed to be happy. The night that we arrived there was a power outage that affected the entire area around the hotel, including the hotel, so we were unable to check in. Hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and professional, and made our wait as good as possible in those circumstances. The woman who then checked us in when the electricity was restored was obviously stressed but handled the situation professionally and was courteous and patient with all of us.

The altitude of the front desk is bad. I won't stay this hotel again in the future.

Overpriced

Good but make sure aircon is working

Room was OK but the air conditioner wasn't working properly. They offered to move us after we got back to the hotel at 10:00 but we managed to get it working sort of and couldn't be bothered moving at that time of night.
