The Cowrie is a spacious and beautifully furnished mid-terrace cottage. On entering the property, guests will love the contemporary open plan living area, dining area and kitchen which is spacious and full of light with a set of patio doors opening out into the garden. This is a lovely area to socialise and to plan your day of adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped with under counter fridge with ice box and built-in microwave and the dining area is a great space to enjoy a family meal. After a fun-filled day exploring South Devon, you can kick back on the plush sofa, relax and watch your favourite movie on the Freeview Smart TV. Stepping outside into the garden, there is plenty of outdoor seating with views out over the surrounding fields with sheep grazing. You can truly unwind here after a busy day exploring and walking the coastal paths. The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor with a kingsize zip and link bed which can be split into 2ft 6in single beds on request it has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, heading up to the first floor, you will find the other two bedrooms, both kingsize with zip and link beds and they each have an en-suite shower room.
