The Space:
Youâll arrive to a bright, family-friendly layout that makes spending time together feel effortless. You can cook and chat in the modern open-plan kitchen and dining area, then open the doors straight out to the garden. The first section of the garden is fully dog-secure, so you can let your four-legged friends and little ones run about freely while you keep an easy eye on things from the terrace. When the day winds down, you can pile into the lounge, light the log burner, and settle in for board games or a film.
Outside is where youâll make the most of those Devon evenings. You can sink into the hot tub with views towards Wembury Point as the sun sets, then stay a little longer for proper stargazing (itâs wonderfully dark here). Thereâs also a childrenâs play area and plenty of space for summer BBQs and easy alfresco meals.
When itâs time to turn in, youâve got four comfortable bedrooms so everyone can spread out. You can claim the master suite with a super-king bed, ensuite, dressing room and balcony. Two further bedrooms have their own ensuites (one double and one twin), and thereâs a fourth twin bedroom thatâs ideal for children. A separate family bathroom with a bath is perfect for bedtime routines after sandy beach days.
