This is a one bedroom studio on the third floor of the building. With a double bed, smart TV, superfast wifi, its own bathroom and its own kitchen the property is completely kitted out to enable a short or longer term self catering stay in the city.

The building was built in the late 1890s, and then fully refurbished in 2020 to totally reconfigure and update the building. Set adjacent to the main railway station in Plymouth the property has three floors , with the studio being on the third floor at the rear of the building ensuring a peaceful stay.

This one bedroom studio is just yards away from the main railway station in Plymouth that is shortly undergoing a £100m revamp. Despite its proximity the property is very quiet and secure, and is a simple five minute walk down into the city centre, where virtually the first shop you come to is a Sainsburys.
