This hotel has a motel feel with big rooms and a fabulous hot spring fed pool. Our family of 5 loved it. We wish we could have stayed a second night. The town is small and touristy with great food and coffee options. Be aware if you go during the week some quick food options are closed earlier. If you come through the area, this hotel is a great place to stay.

The light yellow floor is very clean, and the two queen beds are very comfortable. It is very pleasant to sit on the outdoor balcony and enjoy the cool breeze at night.

Cozy and Convenient!

Lava Hot Springs is a neat town, and the stay at the Lava Hotel has been pretty good! It’s located on the Main Street next to shops and restaurants that are a short walk from the room. Parking spaces were limited though. The room was very clean and cozy for our family.

Nice, older hotel, in great town location. Really good restaurant across the street. Could use a table with a couple of chairs inside, but it had a decent deck where we could play backgammon.
