The room itself was very clean. No complaints about the room itself. However, the people in the room next next to us were literally yelling and screaming until past 11pm. The walls may as well have been made of paper. With all the yelling and slamming doors, i was reluctant to make a complaint for fear i would find my car vandalized in the morning. Also, i had to have last-minute procedure the Thursday before our trip, but the motel had a no cancelation policy. I didnt get to use the hot springs pool bit they wouldn't let me cancel.

We rented a tiny cabin. It was so clean and comfortable. Great rate. The front desk gal was nice and friendly. The pool was not crowded and warm. Would stay here again.

The hotel and property is very clean. The location was perfect for what I wanted to do while I was staying in Lava Hot Springs. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and fresh smelling. The pool was amazing!! The temperature was perfect.
