Spend your days kayaking (2 Provided!), taking advantage of all the community has to offer, or exploring the Great Pocono Mountains! After all the day's thrills, come back and relax at our newly renovated home away from home, tastefully designed & decorated with our guest's comfort in mind. Spend the evening playing games with the family on our PS2, lounging in the hot tub, or make s'mores well into the night around the fire pit!

⇻ MAIN FULL BATHROOM: The main full bathroom has a tub/shower and plenty of place for your extra toiletries. We provide bath towels (1 per guest), washcloths, a hair dryer, toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, toilet paper & tissues.
⇻ MASTER BEDROOM'S FULL BATHROOM: Large and spacious with a shower, laundry area, and closet space.
⇻ LIVING ROOM 1: Get comfy in the main living room in front of the wood burning fireplace, play some wall TIC-TAC-TOE, or turn on the Smart TV.

⇻ HOT TUB is available year-round in the completely enclosed privacy gazebo!
⇻ There is a small garage available for you to use as miscellaneous storage during your stay.
⇻ Rest assured we won't let the power outages put a damper on your stay, we have a generator in case of emergency.

A temporary Membership Fee is a mandatory fee that is assessed to all rentals for occupants aged 6 and over.

In Season/Summer Season (May 15 - Sept. 15): $8.50 per person per day, $42.50 a week

Off Season/Winter Season (Sept 16 - May 14): $2 per person per day

Gate Card Fee=$20 per vehicle.
Transaction Fee: =$20
Late Processing Fee: $100 for payment that is received less than 3 days prior to arrival or if registration information is not submitted on time.
