We had a wonderful time staying here during our family vacation. If you're traveling with kids, you'll love the abundance of toys and the spacious areas for little ones to play. Fabulous place! My friend and I treated ourselves to a stay here to celebrate my birthday and it was perfect. The view of the lake is beautiful, we loved the hot tub, and sitting around the campfire. It is amazing to have your very own beach to launch a kayak from! I am spoiled now. The house is nicely decorated and cozy. The beds were comfy and the house had everything we needed.Perfect trip! We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Swept Away. It was absolutely perfect from the scenery to the boating to the hot tub to the fishing. Mike and Lisa have provided so much to keep everyone entertained.. they purposely have gone out of their way to make your stay the best that it can be. The kitchen is very well stocked and we made all of our meals there. What I really loved was being in the kitchen cooking and being able to look out the huge windows and be able have a view of the lake at all times. We have stayed at Arrowhead in the past but we have to say that staying at Swept Away really did ‘sweep us away’ — when we plan our vacation next year, it will be here. Mike and Lisa were always right there to communicate with us and were the perfect hosts.
This is the view that greeted us the first evening we arrived!

Wonderful trip!

The house was clean and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect for happy, relaxing days at the lake. Perfect Spot for a Fun, Relaxing Getaway

We booked this house for a quick getaway and honestly had a great time. The house was very clean, cheerfully decorated, and felt so welcoming the moment we arrived. Although it was a bit large for just the two of us, we could easily see two families or a group of friends having an absolute blast here. There’s plenty of space and so many activities to keep everyone entertained.We especially loved kayaking and fishing right off the dock, and relaxing in the hot tub. We also lucked out and caught Music Bingo at the AH Lodge. It was packed, the people were so friendly and the songs brought back so many great memories. Spring break getaway

The place is perfect. Best possible view for watching every season over the span of 5 days, from 70's one day to snow the next. Kids were on the lake for hours kayaking & catching fish. Inside outside games firepit hot tub. Thanks to our hosts!

Gorgeous getaway

Quick weekend trip with my haband and 2 kids. The property was beautiful, clean and came fully loaded with everything you could possibly need. The lake was incredible and we got to venture out and explore on all of the watercraft provided at the house. My kids were never bored with all of the games and activities that were provided as well. 2nd weekend in a row!

Booked this property for a bachelor party 1 weekend, loved it so much, rebooked it for the following weekend for my wife children and extended family as it is perfect for any occasion. The house is beautiful and the pictures don’t do the views justice, stunning sunset lake views. Hosts were wonderful and everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house just as advertised. Home owners were professional, courteous and available at all times. Had a blast, can’t wait to go back again.
