Discover the charm of our 6-bedroom, 3-bath mountain home nestled in the Arrowhead Lake Community. Perfect for families seeking tranquility and adventure! Sleeps up to 14 (+ 2 infants). Infants age 2 or younger do not count toward the limit.

☕ RELAXATION & ENTERTAINMENT: Unwind in the outdoor hot tub or two indoor jacuzzi baths. Two stone fireplaces and full HVAC provide comfort across the 3,200 sq. ft. chalet. Hours of fun await with air hockey, foosball, multiple TVs, and a heated rec room, perfect for all ages.
KITCHEN, DECKS & CONNECTIONS: The heart of the home! Fully stocked 2nd-floor eat-in kitchen, dining room, and high chair make family cooking a breeze. Scenic decks overlook wooded land, ideal for gatherings, relaxation, and sunsets. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi (500 Mbps) for work, streaming, or family gaming.

⚓️ ALCA COMMUNITY & MEMBERSHIP: Arrowhead Lake amenities include 3 outdoor pools, 2 lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, fitness center, and large game room. Temporary ALCA membership is required for full access—ask about costs before booking. As yearly members, we extend exclusive benefits at a family-friendly cost, giving you a serene escape with private community perks. (See Below for required HOA Temporary Membership)

• POCONOS PARADISE: Arrowhead Lake is a premier privately owned, gated Country Club Community. Enjoy serene lake living with family-friendly amenities.
• PROXIMITY TO AMENITIES: 1/3 mile to Minisink pool/playground & tennis courts, 1 mile to Beach 4, 2 miles to Island Pool & Tennis Courts. Additional access to 2 lakes, 3 pools, 4 beaches.
• ENDLESS ADVENTURES: 4 ski resorts, 3 indoor/2 outdoor waterparks, 2 casinos, outlet malls, zipline, ropes courses, hiking, horseback riding, golf, go-carting, Bushkill Falls, fishing, rafting, NASCAR, and more.

• IN-SEASON: Memorial - Labor Day Weekends: $8.50/day/person (ages 6+)
• TODDLERS/INFANTS 5 & UNDER: FREE year-round.
• REGISTRATION & GATE CARDS: $20/person + $20/car (up to 6 cars).
• DEADLINE: Car info required at least 1 week before rental.
• CONFIRMATION: Contact owner within 24 hours of booking for guest and car info.

* MINIMUM AGE: ALL Renters must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. No parties or groups. ㉕+
* OCCUPANCY: Maximum 14 (+ 2 small infants) per STR Ordinance.
* QUIET HOURS: 9 PM to maintain a peaceful family atmosphere.
* DOG-FRIENDLY: Up to 2 approved dogs ($25/day each). No cats. Follow pet policy.
* LINENS: Optional linen rental or BYO pillowcases, sheets, towels. Use code MTMAPLEWOOD for 10% off.
* RENTAL AGREEMENT & COURTESY CALL: Required; includes review of rules, access info, and activities. Exterior Ring cameras and Minut decibel monitor ensure compliance.

⛔️ CANCELLATION POLICY:
- REFUNDS: Full refund if canceled 30+ days prior. 50% refund 7–14 days prior (depending on channel partner). No refunds within 14 days. Non-refundable option is not refundable.
- PROCESS: Submit in writing and confirm online. Taxes and credit card fees retained.
- EARLY DEPARTURE: Unused nights non-refundable.
- DEPOSIT & INSURANCE: $500 refundable damage deposit required. Optional Accidental Damage Insurance available.
- ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Booking indicates agreement with policy and rental agreement.
