Please be advised that our home is using well water. It might affect the color of the washing white clothes might be stained.

As per Tobyhanna Township ordinance, there is an 8-person maximum capacity.
We require main renters to be at least 25 years and older.

We can accommodate your lovely pets for $75/pet fee
NOTE: Indoor Fire place is for decoration purposes and not included to amenities.

Hot Tub is inoperable and therefore not listed as an amenity.
