Guests are welcome to bring their own). Gather around the dining table, with additional seating available on the deck for outdoor dining. You can also enjoy casual meals at the kitchen island, which includes five extra chairs—perfect for spending quality time together. A sliding door in the living area offers direct access to the deck and backyard, where all the outdoor fun and amenities await.

Access to the community lake and beach (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) is available for $5 per person, per day and is not included in the accommodation fee. Pool access is also $5 per person, per day, though availability varies. Stillwater Lake, located near the front gate, is about a 2-minute drive from the house. For up-to-date information on pool and beach access and availability, please contact your host. The community clubhouse is currently unavailable as it is undergoing restoration and maintenance.

While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. ✔Please note that if registration is submitted less than 3 days prior to arrival, a late registration fee of $75 will apply, which is paid directly to the community.

✔Be advised that we may need to contact you via sms/email for community registration information if necessary.

✔Absolutely no smoking inside. Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in additional charges.

✔Sunset Lake is for paddle boating, kayaking, and fishing only. The water is not tested for bacteria, and there are snapping turtles, so swimming is not permitted for safety reasons. Life vests are required when using the paddle boats and kayaks. However, we do have designated swimming areas at the beach by the main lake, as well as the community pool.

✔If Fishing, PA fishing license is required and a pass from the community is needed. The permit is required for all lakes in PA. It`s costs about $30 for 3 days and a very quick process.(Pricing could change at any time).

✔Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

✔All trash must be properly secured in designated bins. If improperly disposed trash results in animals creating a mess, any additional cleaning costs will be charged to the guest

✔Pets are not allowed, due to owner`s severe allergies. Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.

✔This property is located within a community that requires the registration of guests and vehicles for entry and access to amenities. While we will never ask for your ID, please note that upon arrival at the community gates or welcome center, staff/security may request to see IDs for validation purposes.

✔Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.

✔Please be aware that during a burn ban, no open flames are permitted, including propane fire pits and tables. We appreciate your help in keeping the community safe by following this restriction.

✔Please note that we provide a limited amount of starter supplies for your convenience, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and other basic necessities. These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay.
