For shared use: property 8'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 10 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug.). Volleyball court, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: sauna, relaxation room, spa area, central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises.
