This beautiful holiday apartment/condo is located on a spacious and fenced property in the town Podstrana, away from a loud road. On the ground floor there is a tastefully furnished living-room and a kitchen with exit to the courtyard with roofed terrace and lawn. The barbecue and the garden furniture are on the covered terrace and the play equipment for the children on the grass. The sleeping area and the bathrooms are as well situated on the ground floor. The pool billiard in the basement provides you additional entertainment.
