Located 10 minutes from Saint Florent and the beach, completely new house, comfortable, well equipped, well maintained. Possibility meals terrace. Green Environment, unobstructed view of the Gulf of St Florent and vineyards of Patrimonio.
In this spacious house everyone finds his place. The toilet and shower area on the ground floor welcome the return of beach silted.
According to the desire can be chosen relaxing on a lounge chair, a trip to the beach or in the surrounding countryside and the many visits the area offers.

Charmante maison de village avec une vue à couper le souffle

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Poggio d’Oletta, la maison est très agréable, dotée de deux terrasses judicieusement agencées et d’une vue magnifique sur le golfe de Saint-Florent et le Cap corse. Emplacement pour la voiture très pratique si besoin d’une recharge (beaucoup de voitures de location sont désormais électriques). Balade à pieds entre Poggio d’Oletta et Oletta à faire absolument au soleil couchant 🤩.

L'intérieur est en tous points conforme à la description. Les terrasses ombragées où flottent les arômes de jasmin, offrent un point de vue grandiose sur le baie de Saint-Florent, de désert des Agriates et le Cap corse. Toujours disponibles, jamais envahissants, les propriétaires se coupent en quatre pour rendre votre séjour inoubliables.

Excellent séjour en Corse

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La location était conforme au descriptif et avons profité de cette magnifique vue sur le golf de ST FLORENT, dès le petit déjeuner jusqu'au magnifique couché de soleil ! Merci à Mme PALMARI de sa disponibilité par téléphone. Pour les personnes comme nous qui aimons le calme en étant qu'à 15 minutes de ST FLORENT, je recommande cette location !!!

Schönes Haus, toller Blick

Traumhafte gelegenes Haus mit Blick auf den Golf sowie die Berge, nach Saint Florent ca. 15 -20 Minuten. Haus entspricht genau den eingestellten Fotos, Vermieter sehr freundlich. Bessere Lichtquelle draußen und stabilere Gartenmöbel wäre schön. Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen!

Calme et dépaysement près de St florent

Une belle location au calme dans une maison très fonctionnelle, où il est très agréable de manger sur les terrasses ombragées. Les propriétaires très discrets sont justes à côté en cas de besoin. Ce lieu est idéal pour vadrouiller et visiter ou se rendre sur les plages.Poggio-d’oletta est un joli petit village corse accroché à la montagne, les couchers de soleil sur la montagne avec vue sur la mer sont tout simplement Magnifique!les propriétaires sont très avenants et de bons conseils.

poggio oletta vacances inoubliables dans un environnement magnifique.

Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances dans le gîte de Mr et Mme PALMARI qui se trouve à POGGIO D'OLETTA. Situation idéale pour découvrir le Cap corse. Nous remercions Mr et Mme PALMARI pour leur accueil, gentillesse et disponibilité. Le gîte est splendide, très confortable avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le golf de saint Florent. C'est un endroit préservé à conseiller à tout le monde pour passer de bonnes vacances. Merci à Mr et Mme PALMARI. Herrlich ruhige Lage und trotzdem alles zu erreichen!

An- und Abreise unkompliziert und völlig ausreichend. Haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden wir wieder buchen! Arrivée et départ simples et totalement suffisants. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans la maison. Serions-nous réserver à nouveau!

Sehr nette Vermieter. Ausstattung und Küche voll umfänglich. Zentrale Lage im Norden von Korsika mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golf von St. Florent und nur 20km vom Porto Bastia. Tolle Terrasse mit Grill und Relaxmöglichkeit. Das Haus hat unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!!!

Nous venons de passer 15 jours inoubliables dans cette très belle région de la Corse. Nous étions ravis de pouvoir profiter du confort et de la fonctionnalité d'une maison spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Rien ne manque! Nous avons apprécié la sérénité et le calme de Poggio d.Oletta . Notre café du matin pris sur la terrasse avec la vue sur le magnifique golfe de Saint Florent nous manque déjà.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und die Terrasse mit diesem Blick ein Traum. Die Vermieterin und Ihr Mann waren sehr nett und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Sehr Empfehlenswert!
