Spread out over two levels, the home features a modern host-style kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The spacious living area, complete with a new leather couch, gas log fire, R/C aircon, and TV, invites relaxation. The meals area, with a dining table for eight, is perfect for family dinners.

The downstairs area includes a bedroom with a queen bed, single bed, and trundle, along with a bathroom featuring a shower over the bath, vanity, and separate toilet. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine. Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms: a main with a queen bed and ensuite, and another with two single beds. There’s also a second living area with a couch and TV for additional relaxation.

Enjoy two fabulous decks upstairs, ideal for alfresco dining or twilight drinks with breathtaking views over the rip. The private outdoor space below includes a BBQ area and is surrounded by lovely gardens, making it a great spot for gatherings and fun in the sun.

CAN YOU BRING PETS: YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at no additional cost. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc.
