Beach House - absolute water front, secure yard and all weather BBQ area

The property is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house that will be yours for the duration of the booking. It is 20 metres from our front door to the water's edge at high tide. At the rear is an enclosed, all weather entertaining area 15M x 6M with lounge and dining settings. Additional chairs are dotted around. There is a Lego 4 seat activity table complete with blocks. 1 permanent esky, a large gas BBQ and 2 overhead fans. This area is essential if you are unlucky enough to stay when its blowing 30knots from the South! It is pet and child secure. Adjacent to this is a shaded outdoor area that is also pet/child secure.
Open plan living area shows 2 walls of glass front and rear to take full advantage of the ocean views to the front and to be in touch with people out back. This room houses the Kitchen, dining and lounge. There is a 48" flat screen TV in the lounge. Bedroom 1 with ensuite has walk in robes and full ocean views. Wake to the sound of gentle waves lapping onto the beach. Bed 2 also has full ocean views as well as full view of the Point Lowly Lighthouse. Bed 3 and 4 are to the rear. All have queen size double beds. Main bathroom has a shower and full size bath with separate vanity area with seperate toilet. Large front deck with secure glass fencing for those perfect mornings and sunsets. Add undercover fenced parking and you have the near perfect holiday destination. It will be quiet and for most stays you will see just a few people.
You will need to shop before you arrive. Whyalla or Port Augusta, there are no shops at Lowly. There is a council playground though!

Cuttlefish diving

Spent 4 days at Pt Lowly diving and snorkling with the giant cuttlefish.This house is the perfect place for us.The house is really well equipped, comfortable and beautifully clean.And, there is plenty of room for setting up cameras and drying wetsuits.Thank you Chris and your team. Amazing location and house

This was one of the best places we have stayed at. Location was perfect and the house was amazing. It had everything we needed plus more and the views......WOW. We saw kangaroos jumping on the reef and the Whyalla Dive with the Giant Cuttlefish is just down the road is impressive. Highly recommend this place and doing the diving.

Family fun in Point Lowly

First time stay at a Stayz accommodation. Excellent and will definitely book again in the future. The house was beautiful. Right on the beach as described, very roomy and extremely well equipped. Both indoors and the outdoor areas were very comfortable and we made use of all. Clean throughout except for the BBQ which we had to clean before using it ourselves.Chris, the host, was very easy to communicate with and answered my queries quickly and precisely. We were two families of 6 adults who were hoping to see the giant cuttlefish. However, due to the weather our boat trip was cancelled. Nevertheless due to the amazing accommodation we had a fabulous fun filled couple of days as a family. Would definitely recommend this Stayz to anyone who wants to visit the area. Absolutely would need a car to get around as very little in Point Lowly itself but if seclusion and quiet days on the beach is your vibe then give it a go. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely fabulous stay

This has been one of the most fabulous places we have stayed at. This place had everything you need, including a comfortable bed and inviting couches to have a nap on. This place has all the comforts of home. And having the beach right on the front door step was an-absolute treat.

This is a beautiful beach house, with all the comforts of home. Gaz ,Ziggy and I enjoyed our stay, long walks and chilled out days on the front deck or back outdoor space. Perfect for Cuttlefish or Any Holiday

Absolutely loved our stay. Enjoyed kayaking, walks to the lighthouse. The Cuttlefish "main" viewing is only 6 minutes away by car!! The inside is very comfortable and then there is a closed in wonderful area with a massive BBQ. My fav spot was outside area facing the beach on the extensive deck!! Love that wherever practicable there is a window for the seaviews. Hope to stay again!!!

Fabulous

A real gem of a property. Great location - ocean views, fall onto the beach from the back step and Whyalla close enough if you need provisions. Very clean and easy to keep tidy. Excellent set up for pets. Easy to chat with owner. Lovely beach, rockpools and sand. Well set up for the windy days and perfect when it was calm and still. Loved our stay and will definitely be back.
