Come experience beachfront living at its finest! This stunning home, set on a breath-taking stretch of private Point Pleasant beach, offers everything you could imagine in a vacation home. 6 bedrooms, 4 Âœ bathrooms, two massive living areas, and stunning views from every window. With Jenkinson’s boardwalk less than a mile north and Downtown Bay Head a mile to the south, 1420 Ocean Ave is surrounded by some of the area’s finest restaurants and attractions. The home offers private beach access (no beach badges required) and is suitable for 2-3 families. Parking is never an issue with a long driveway that can easily fit 10 cars. Best described as light, airy, spacious, and beachy its truly a must see in one of New Jersey’s most sought after shore towns.

Great property, wonderful access to the fairly private beach, we spent 5 nights with our kids and grandkids and everything was excellent. Made some great memories. The kitchen could be a little bit better organized or just adding the knobs to the cabinets and drawers would have made it so so so much better.

Amazing Property and Host

My family and I have been visiting the Jersey shore for over 30 years and this home was the best home we’ve ever stayed in. Not only was this home gorgeous and the view amazing but it was also equipped with everything you could ever want for a beach trip. The host was so welcoming and responsive the entire week. We are already planning on coming back twice next year.

Perfect Getaway!

You will not be disappointed with this home - It has everything you need for the perfect vacation and the Ocean views are spectacular and the beach in your back yard! House location is great, walking distance to boardwalk and shopping. Communication with owner was great (before and during stay). I would definitely book this house again!

Quiet and serene. Very ample parking

Very roomy, nice porch. PT. Pleasant Beach is more family orientated and even the boardwalk was comparatively low key. Private beach was a big plus for our grandkids. Wasn't obvious from the picture but access to the beach was up and over a large sand dune. Somewhat difficult for some of our limited mobility family. Overall would definitely recommend.

Can’t beat this quiet location!!!!

Lovely house right on the beach. Enjoyed the large deck off living room that overlooks the ocean. Enough bedrooms for large or multi-generation family, or friends. Plenty of parking. Large kitchen and an outdoor grill for those who like to cook. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Very easy renting transaction. Great location to watch Thursday night fireworks!!!

LDW with friends

We had a great time in Point Pleasant with our group of friends from college over LDW. The location of the property is absolutely amazing- directly on the beach. The views from the deck were beautiful and the direct access to the beach made it very easy to enjoy the beach day. The house is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the boardwalk. The house is a little outdated and could use a good clean however overall we enjoyed our stay.

Best Family Vacation

Our extended family stayed for 10 days in July and we absolutely loved every minute. House was right on the beach and very private with easy access back and forth. Home was spacious and provided all the necessities for an extended family stay. It was very clean as well! It was the perfect week and looking forward to another week hopefully next year!
