Licensed Beautiful large 2 Bed Apartment in Puerto Pollenca. 2 pools and balcony

This modern, first floor apartment is in small, friendly, residential complex is situated in the historic and tranquil Majorcan resort of Port de Pollença. It’s only 300 m from the beach and has a quiet communal pool and private garden.

This bright two double bedroom apartment is located in the lively and vibrant area of Gotmar, only 15 minutes stroll from town center. Plenty of bars and restuarants are on your doorstep including a great, friendly cafe directly below. The beach is a 2 minute walk away at the end of the road.

It has an open planned living/dining room which leads out to a private covered terrace with terrace furniture. Great for drinks or outside dining with beautiful view across the mountains.

The apartment has been completely refurbished throughout with an expensive high spec open plan kitchen and breakfast area, plus new beds and modern furniture. In the lounge area, there is a 42” Flat screen internet TV and video.

The apartment comprises of two comfortable bedrooms with large storage areas. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The lounge also incorporates a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances: washing machine, fridge freezer, etc. for your holiday. All linen and bath towels are provided. The whole apartment also has air conditioning.

The complex has two communal pools: a children’s pool and a large adults pool as well as sunbeds, cycle parking and parking for cars right outside.

Directly opposite you have access to the Spa facilities of Fergus Style Pollenca Park Hotel. They have free evening entertainment as well as tennis courts and football facilities. (local charge)

Directly below the apartment is Pro Cycle Hire. It has a great cafe open during the day as well as an amazing range of top end cycles for those wanting to explore this cycling mecca.

Séjour trÚs apprécié!

Nous avons eu un trĂšs beau sĂ©jour Ă  Puerto Pollenca grĂące a l’appartement. Grandeur bien adĂ©quate pour une famille avec enfants de 3 ans et 5 mois. Il Ă©tait trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et trĂšs bien situĂ© pour les activitĂ©s. Piscine et plage Ă  5 min Ă  pieds
 wow! Un peu bruyant en soirĂ©e car situĂ© juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d’un grand hĂŽtel par contre. Je le recommande!

This was a great apartment: it was clean, well resourced and the pool was lovely. The location was very convenient to access the facilities of the town and the beach. If you like vegetarian food, Bella Verde, is an excellent choice. The food was delicious and the location was magical ( a courtyard under a canopy of fig trees and fairy lights).

A lovely spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. We particularly enjoyed the large well equipped kitchen where we prepared a few nice meals with excellent fresh produce from Lidl and Eroski - a 5 min drive away. We had a hire car for our 2 week stay as walking in the heat with shopping is not an option imo! The location is a 10-15 min walk from the port and square itself but this is always an enjoyable stroll for us with beautiful sea & sky sunset views in the evenings. The beach is so close too however with 2 sunbeds and a parasol now at 28 euros (4 of us so 56 euros) per day we decided to buy umbrellas and use our own beach towels. The pool area far exceeded our expectations with a clean, quiet area for us all to chill out. Plenty of sun loungers, large parasols and very friendly residents both British & Spanish/European.Air conditioning is a must for us and this was excellent with no malfunctions during our stay. The beds are ultra comfortable and the furnishings modern and adequate. We would highly recommend Simon and his family apartment for a great stay in Puerto Pollenca.

We stayed here 3 nights, it is a great place near the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, stores. Close driving distance to Pollenca town and Alcudia. Perfect for me and my daughter. Apartment is clean and quiet. Pool is very nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property in Puerto de Pollenca and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the beach, local shops, and restaurants were about a 1km walk, while offering a peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area - especially cyclists.

Highlight any negative. Clean well equipped apartment in our favourite area. Stayed 2 weeks, cleaning service half way through, air con was welcomed and kitchen had everything needed for a self sufficient stay if that’s your thing. Would certainly return.

This apartment was perfect for our needs. A great location just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful seafront of Port de Pollenca with lots of lovely restaurants and shops. There was a beautiful communal pool which never got too busy. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen for self catering, a lovely balcony and good cable channels to suit all. Simon was a great host with clear instructions and quick to respond to any questions. There was an issue with the air con just before our trip but it was resolved immediately. We had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Fantastic stay

Our holiday at the apartment last week was great. Simon was very responsive to messages prior to our arrival and checked in again when we got there. The apartment is in a brilliant location in a small complex on the first floor. They have thought of everything and more that you will need. Its very comfortable and spotlessly clean with nice furnishings. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Fantastic!

We have just returned home from a one week stay in this lovely apartment. It was exactly as described and the arrangements for access. etc were all smooth and well communicated. It is located in a great spot, for the beach and Puerto Pollensa generally and the apartment complex itself was also great! We enjoyed the pool and cycling bar/cafe was also a lovely friendly spot for an afternoon beer. We would love to return and would highly recommend ! If you haven’t been to Puerto Pollensa -is a beautiful, quiet resort - perfect for a relaxed break.

Nice apartment

I give this property 5 🌟 as its worthy of it. Only negative for me personally was the noise from the bar/ cafe right beneath the apartment balcony. Opens at 8.30 and closes at 8 ISH.. Music and chat from customers all day long.. However, this would certainly not be a problem if you didn't want to sit on the balcony or have the doors open.. we unfortunately had bad weather during our stay and probably hung around the apartment a bit more than we usually would and therefore noticed it more. It's a quiet part of town as a rule, perfect location for us, close to the beach and near to restaurants we like. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, but be aware of the bar and noise.

We had the best time

My family and I really enjoyed our holiday. The apartment met all our expectations, it was clean and set in a peaceful communal setting. The other residents were respectful and friendly. From start to finish we were informed of how to check in /check out and what to do if we needed support. It was very useful to have a list of phone numbers - thank you ! I was sent a welcome pack prior to the holiday- such a great idea. We loved using the pool and being close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The location is perfect. We used the bus one day to go to Alcudia. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment , my family and I made some beautiful memories. Thank you Simon

Excellent location and very well equipped apartment. Pool area was very quiet and all other residents were lovely and respectful. Local bars and restaurants on the same street and the more central part of the town is an easy walk away. Beach was just down the road. 1st time visiting the area (hope to get back). Very well located flat 150m or so from the beachfront - well appointed accommodation (dishwasher being the only thing 'missing' but I think the kitchen space is used well already) and comfortable for our week stay.

Early season stay

Good location, especially for cyclists. Flat was super clean and we were comfortable. Being early season, sun loungers not yet available aound sunny poolside, but had plenty of sunshine & comfortable furniture on the apartment's balcony. The apartment is directly above a bustling happy cycle café & bike hire/repair shop run by lovely folk. The loud music & cycle chat is part of your holiday from c 8:45 am, then quiet from about 9:30pm. Simon was quick to respond on some first rental of the season issues & guidance on warmth so that all was quickly resolved. We had a very pleasant stay, minutes from the beach, restaurants & shops. We had a car for first few days, then used bus network to visit Alcudia, Pollença, Palma. Friendly neighbour, Bernie, was helpful with bus stop tips and we enjoyed a fabulous walk from apartment to Cala Sant Vicenç. A happy stay. Thank you.

Superb stay in Puerto Pollensa

The apartment is super. Everything you need for an enjoyable relaxing holiday whether you go for a few days or a couple of weeks. It is near the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. We had a car but can honestly say you don’t need one, as the apartment is in such a good location. It is very clean with an exceptional large comfy bed in the main bedroom, plenty of wardrobe space, a good shower and a fully equipped kitchen. It is also nice and quiet. What more could you ask for. Communication with Simon is excellent and will definitely book again for our next visit to PP. Thank you Simon 😀
