Can Llompart is a charming Villa for 6 Persons decorated with love to details in Puerto Pollensa with heated Pool and beautiful mounainview.
The Villa is located in Siller, only 1,1 km far from the beach, harbour and all popular restaurants and bars in Port de Pollensa, walking distance about 15 minutes. The Tennis Club DUVA is 200m far away , Golf Pollensa a 10 minutes drive and Golfclub Alcanada Alcudia a 15 minutes drive.
The Villa offers 250 sqm living area on one level with 3 doublebedrooms ensuite all with air-condition.
Two bedrooms have exit to different terraces.
The spacious living and dining room has a chimney ,the wintergarden a beautiful palm tree and mountain view.
The open modern kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to a covered terrace.
2 Babybeds and highchairs are available for free.
The Villa offers WIFI and Television with some international Programs.
The plot has a size of 950 sqm with different terraces and seating areas for different hours of the day. The outside area offers also barbecue and tabletennis.
The Pool has a size of 8 per 4 meters.The Pool can be heated from April to end of October for an extracost of 375 Euros per week.
The plot offers space for 2 cars.

Spacious luxury villa 20 minutes walk from the marina. The house has all the amenities you require to ensure a trouble free stay. Parking with electric gate. Pool with numerous good quality loungers. Very strong WiFi. Air conditioning and fans in bedrooms. Helpful and communicative host.

Family holiday in a lovely villa.

Just returned from a week’s holiday. We’d read all the wonderful reviews and were really looking forward to our stay. Claudia was very welcoming and helpful, and we found her beautiful villa to be tastefully decorated with every amenity needed and more, little extra touches made a huge difference. Ideal for our family of 6 adults. We enjoyed the choice of the different outdoor seating areas and, up until the stormy weather, made the most of them. During torrential downpours, we made the most of the cosy indoor seating areas! We’d have loved to have used the pool and bbq facility more but the extreme weather, experienced over most of the island during our stay, prevented this. Having seen previous reviews, we were aware of the 20 min walk into the marina of Port de Pollensa and used it to keep up our daily exercise steps. The weather was challenging but didn’t put us off and if we get the opportunity to return to this lovely villa and we’ll be back.

Relaxing and comfortable holiday

Lovely villa- very comfortable inside and some quirky art work- kitchen well equipped and so handy to have all the basics supplied. Pool area is relatively small but it is secluded and not overlooked. Pool wasn’t clean and the filter wasn’t working when we arrived but quickly sorted by Claudia. Claudia is a great host and really cares and wants you to have a good holiday. Location is good- about 20mins walk to beachside restaurants which was fine for us. Overall it was fabulous!

Amazing Villa

We stayed at Villa Can Llompart for 6 nights in May. 2 adults, 2 young children. We could not have been happier with our stay! Claudia was an amazing host and the villa is even more beautiful than iit is n the pictures. The villa is so spacious, beds are very comfortable and the backyard is stunning. The heated pool was such a nice treat as well - we spent ALOT of time there in the evenings. The villa is conveniently located to so many great beaches and restaurants all within a 10 min drive. I would highly recommend this rental for a stay on Mallorca.

Half term break

Lovely house perfect for our half term break with 2 grandchildren 4 and 8. Just a little too far out of Puerto de Pollenza for 4 year old to walk in to town but a very short taxi ride. We spent our time between pool and beach with trips to Formentera , Lightouse , Pollenza and other nearby beaches too. We will be back

Amazing Villa

Villa Can Llompart is a very luxurious villa with a traditional yet modern charm - it is very homely and very spacious, the photos do not do it justice- there is everything and more you would need for a home from home Villa holiday. The Villa is about a 15 minutes from the sea front with fantastic bar’s restaurants and shops - communication with Claudia was excellent and she replied promptly to any queries I had and is a very hospitable host - loved our holiday there and would not hesitate to recommend the Villa and Claudia as a host

Puerto Pollensa Holiday

We stayed here for a week in September as a family of 6. Beautiful villa with the most amazing indoor and outdoor spaces and very well equipped. Claudia was a great host and kept us informed and met us upon arrival. She is very house proud and with every right. An excellent base next to bus stop, supermarket and 20 minute walk to centre. Great facilities for a family of six, en suites to all bedrooms was perfect. Extremely well equipped kitchen, coffee makers, extra condiments supplied, outdoor griddle as well as charcoal bbq was useful for outdoor dining! Pool was lovely and cleaned daily. 15/20 mins walk to town and beach. Great communication from Claudia!

Heerlijk ruime vakantie villa, van alle gemakken voorzien. Gastvrije host.

De villa is in het echt veel ruimer dan op de foto's. De ruimtes zijn smaakvol ingericht, je voelt je er echt thuis. Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien van wasmachine/droger tot een zeer uitgebreid ingerichte keuken met mooie verschillende serviezen en keukengerei. De villa biedt veel privacy, ligt in een stille omgeving, maar toch ben je in een paar minuten op het strand. Verder zijn allerlei leuke plekken binnen 15-30m heel goed te bereiken. De communicatie met Claudia was voortreffelijk, ze is zeer gastvrij en staat meteen klaar voor al je vragen. Het was erg warm weer toen wij in augustus er verbleven. De airco op de slaapkamers werkten goed en was een echte must. Wij zouden zelf ook overwegen om airco in de huiskamer/keuken te installeren, maar is verder geen punt om deze villa niet te huren. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

Home away from home for 2 weeks

Beautiful villa within walking distance of local bars, beaches and the marina. All bedrooms had huge bed and ensuite and enough storage for the clothes we had for 2 weeks. Pool was amazing and pleanty of room to sunbathe and great out door spaces to chill and have lunch. Inside the kitchen was very modern and easy to use. The seating area and tv areas were very comfortable, not that we spent much time inside. Everyone had a wonderful relaxing time. Thank you Claudia and Tomos for a great stay.

Amazing Stay!!

Just back from a week at this villa and it didn’t disappoint, great indoor and outdoor space. All the amenities you could possibly need. Lots of outdoor seating and nice big pool. Beds were very comfy and air con in rooms worked great! Short walk to small shop and bar at the end of the road then larger supermarket 10 mins walk away, centre a 15 minute walk lots of lovely restaurants. Would recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing break but close to bars and restaurants.

Perfect family holiday

A real home from home, the villa had everything and more for a very relaxed and comfortable stay. Claudia the host is very attentive and no detail has been overlooked at the property. The villa is in easy walking distance of Port de Pollenca, and there is a small supermarket about 250mtrs away.

Superb Villa Holiday in Mallorca

We had such a lovely week in Port de Pollensa in Mallorca that exceeded our expectations. Claudia was a friendly and awesome host who was very quick to answers my questions before and during our stay! She provided excellent dining recommendations and welcome us on time to show us the property when we check-in. it was a pleasure to communicate with her! The villa has spectacular views of the mountain, the sunrise and the sunset. The villa is styled beautifully as you can appreciate from the photos. It is also very spacious and has a large open plan area. The beds are super comfy. It had everything that we needed! The heated pool option was also very appreciated. The lush garden and pool area are perfect for relaxing! Location was ideal as it was quiet and accessible since we could book tennis and padel courts at the nearby sports complex and easily access cycling routes. We hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Excellent Property

Lovely Villa in great condition and Claudia was a delight to deal with and very responsive. Perfect for our family - although the villas only blemish is the lack of a pool cover which means the heated pool never really coped with the mild Easter weather and was cold despite Claudia's valiant efforts. However, overall, this is a great villa.

Superb villa in quiet residential area with lovely large pool! Very well equipped! Claudia was an excellent and friendly host providing lots of advice and responding quickly to a few issues! Loads of indoor and outdoor sitting areas and at least 4 dining tables! Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms which was essential as it was over 30 degrees most of time we were there - early Sept. There are very good supermarkets - particularly Eroski- within easy reach. Probably need a car to venture further afield and for shopping, although it is possible to walk to supermarkets! We hired one from Hiper in Porto Pollensa! All in all a great week in a gorgeous villa! Thanks Claudia.

Les Palmeres

This is a lovely villa managed by a first class host, Claudia who went out of her way to ensure our two weeks ran smoothly. The villa itself is very well equipped and with three of the four bedrooms having A/C ensuring the hot nights were not a problem. The pool area was used daily and the BBQ a few times during our stay. It's location to Puerto Pollenca made this an ideal location to enjoy this part of the island. Les Palmeres is certainly a villa we will consider the next time we are in the area. I never write reviews but am an avid reader of them (I know). This property had 5 stars when I made my choice to book it and I too give it 5 stars. Claudia, the owner was very attentive both during our stay and in the weeks leading up to it; happy to answer questions and give advice. The property is of a very high standard and the pool plenty big enough for the 6 of us (including my 10 & 12 year olds) to enjoy all day long. Thanks Claudia. Expect to see us again!
