The hotel staff at reception, cafe and manager were friendly and attended to any questions/concerns we had, very good can't fault them. Some staff in the restaurant were not attentive at the bar and were not welcoming, not even a smile from many. Over all the hotel was comfortable, clean and the food was good, room was good, very comfortable. Would go back again.

Check in was great. Very efficient and fast and the front desk is pleasant. We have a view room of pompei but the outside is getting renovated which we didn't know and there's no view and can't use the balcony. The decor and style is dated but the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and good. This hotel is located to a very close and less popular gate to pompei and a short walk to three restaurants and piazza.

Perfect location for visiting the ruins. Only a few minutes walk to Pompeii train station if you want to go to Herculaneum and 10 mins walk to Pompeii Scavi train station if you want to visit Sorrento. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend

The place was under renovations was completed covered zero like the pictures given to me. The picture was showing the Vesuvio from the window but because the building was covered could not see anything. I was NOT TOLD of the construction. The bide in the bathroom was full of rust and also the soap dispenser full of rust. I expect a refund will contact the credit card of this horrible experience and I expect someone from Hotels .com to contact me. email pasquale514@yahoo.com cell number 347 615 5145 I will provide pictures taken.

Good value for the money. The staff are faultless, every request was actioned straight away, they were all helpful. One evening I hadn't booked a table for dinner, I had forgot, they called me to ask and made the reservation. The staff in the restaurant attached to the hotel were just as good. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It is literally across the road from the ruins, near three stations, and the bus stop is outside. Close to bars restaurants and bars. There are a handful of things that would make this place amazing, furniture on the balcony, proper cups in the room, little pots of milk, and descale the showers. The breakfast is ok, I've had worse I've had better. But the coffee and pastries were great. If I were to go back to Pompeii, this would be the first I would look to book.

The property is well-maintained and clean. Although my room wasn’t the most visually appealing, it was tidy and properly kept. The breakfast staff were exceptional—friendly and welcoming to all guests. Overall, the service was satisfactory for the majority of my stay. However, I encountered an issue with the transportation to the airport. I was initially quoted a fare of €80-90, but the car service arranged by the hotel charged nearly double that amount. When I contacted the hotel to inquire about this discrepancy and seek assistance, I was told that I should resolve the issue myself, as "we don’t own the taxi company." This response was disappointing, especially since the transportation option was recommended by the hotel. Given this, I would not consider my experience reflective of a four-star standard of service.

Extensive exterior refurb meant lots of scaffolding and the breakfast room looking over the ruins was closed which was disappointing. Standard room with single beds pushed together which isn’t ideal. Air con was excellent as was breakfast. Shower was at best functional, needing a soak in limescale remover to unblock the head. I would stay here again but would consider an upgraded room.

I would like to start off by saying this is a bait and switch. Portion of the room an are done so me are fun down. We were given a room that did not lol like the one we made a reservation for. Up on arrival, t hey switched our room. I felt targeted and not appreciated. The view was over looking steel ledge wh I h was not part of our original reservations. I at very sad to be treated with such disgrace
