Just on the outskirts of the village, you’ll find Silvia and Nino’s charming Agriturismo. Spread across approximately 15,000 m², the estate features groves of oranges, mandarins, and lemons, along with palm trees, a small vineyard, and gardens where fresh fruits and vegetables are cultivated. The property also houses four comfortable holiday accommodations, each welcoming guests with genuine hospitality and personal service.

The surrounding area is perfect for those looking to embrace the quiet rhythms of country life, offering fresh air, scenic landscapes, and outdoor activities such as horseback riding, hiking, and cycling. And if you’re longing for the sea, the beautiful beaches of Riva Ligure are just a 5-minute drive away. Known for their cleanliness and crystal-clear waters, the beaches are bordered by rocky formations ideal for sunbathing or diving. Riva Ligure also offers plenty of opportunities for sailing, surfing, and diving.

Casa Mare is a fully renovated 'rustico' made of traditional stone and wood from Pompeiana. The house and terrace face south and offer a wonderful view of the sea. The decor is Italian rustic, lovingly decorated by the owner. The accommodation has a total area of about 50 m2 and consists of the following: a room with a sofa; a kitchen with a dining table; a bathroom with a shower and toilet and two bedrooms: 1 furnished with a double bed and containing large storage closets and the other furnished with a bunk bed. There is room for an extra bed (upon request, in advance). On the sunny terrace, there is garden furniture and a parasol. The farmhouse has a private entrance, a large garden, and its on-site parking.

Pompeiana is ideally situated between the renowned coastal cities of San Remo and Ventimiglia, with the French Riviera just 25 km away. The area is rich in charm and culture, featuring numerous picturesque medieval villages worth visiting. Among them is Pigna, known for its scenic mountain lakes, and the remarkable Bussana Vecchia, a 1,000-year-old ghost town now revived as a thriving hub for the International Artists’ Community.

The region hosts vibrant markets nearly every day, including those in San Remo, Oneglia, and Bordighera. On Fridays, Ventimiglia becomes home to Italy’s largest open-air market, a must-see for local goods and atmosphere. During the summer months, many surrounding villages host open-air festivals filled with live music, dancing, and regional culinary delights.
