Checked in. Left. Didn't return till midnight. Saw two roaches crawling on the bed. Went to bed. Woke up and took a shower . Tube dirty and caulking on the tub was mildewed. 3 guest and two towels. Went downstairs to get coffee and it was cold. Checked out and told the person at the front desk about my concerns and he said thanks for letting him know. He didn't blink a eye to try to address the issues. You pay good money to stay at a decent hotel and that's all you got to say. Not good. I should be compensated for some of this. Not just tell me thanks for letting him know.

The front entry on the outside front door needed swept. Trash and cigarette butts were littered around. Inside very clean and nice. What made our trip special was the girl who checked us in. She was fabulous. She came to my room and figured out problem with TV then I was missing my water tumbler and when I called down it was still sitting there at front desk. She brought it to my room even though I told her I would come get it. She was so sweet. Great stay. Slept well

Elevator Door, only one on property.

ELEVATOR, doors wasnt working fast enough to let us out. My daughter panicked; claustrophobic. My daughter help pushed door open and hotel charged us for repair service!!
