The property features a community pool located on the southside of the building so it gets sun all day,, covered parking, BBQ grills, and seating on the seaside deck. South Point is only minutes away from the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse,, Marine Science Center , Nature walks ,waterfront restaurants, and more. South Point is a weekly rental building.
