DIRECT BEACHFRONT CORNER UNIT. Ponce Inlet vacation getaway! A historic quaint little beach town with an award winning NO DRIVE beach. It is hard to resist this relaxing charming hidden corner gem of THE WORLD'S MOST FAMOUS BEACH! As soon as you walk in the front door the ocean view is MESMERZING!!!.... Right on the beach. CAN'T GET ANY CLOSER TO THE WATER. Totally remodeled 2BDR/ 2 BATH with fun rustic coastal decor. GONE COASTAL is in SOUTHPOINT CONDOMINIUMS (UNIT #101) with TWO elevators. Our unit is directly next to the stairway which leads to private beach entrance. #101 is actually one floor up from ground level with the ground level covered parking below which makes for more privacy. Shopping carts and luggage carts are available to make unloading and loading a breeze.
Master bedroom has extra side windows for more sunlight and you can see all the way up the beach towards Daytona. The back windows face directly TO THE OCEAN which makes for amazing sunrise views with wall to wall ocean views from your KING SIZE BED.
This is a NO DRIVE BEACH and elegant seaside community. Way less crowded and very relaxing. Great waves for boogie boarding and surfing and the beach is covered in shells for your collecting. The sugar sand is great for bike riding along with taking refreshing grounding walks.
The view is amazing!....Sunrises are speechless and spectacular so grab your coffee or wine and RELAX and ENJOY the private balcony!!! The dolphins, whales and sea turtles frequent the area so keep an eye out. So close to the water you can almost touch it from our balcony when it's high tide.

Fully furnished with fun decor, our hope is that no matter where you look you are reminded that you are on a beach vacation. All linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, cooler, 3 smart roku tvs, brand new king bed with new oh so comfy hybrid memory foam mattress, brand new queen bed with grean tea/ charcoal memory foam mattress, new twin foldaway bed with new memory foam mattress.
A few minutes walk to North Turn Bar/ Restaurant on the beach and next to working National Historic Landmark Famous Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum. Located in between Daytona Beach Shores and New Smyrna Beach.
New coastal floors, granite counters and stainless steel appliances . Most of the furniture and wall decor is handmade by us, the owners with LOVE....
Perfect vacation getaway and a way less crowded beach with no cars
No smoking, no pets, no parties. 5 person maximum. Private Washer and dryer inside condo. PACK AND PLAY INCLUDED. Also a floor fan under the master bed for white noise for sleeping.

Lovely condo right on the beach w/a beautiful view of the ocean from Master BR and LR. Owners gave a great list of instruction with Wi-Fi pw, gate codes, etc prior to arrival. We had one unexpected issue that the owners promptly responded to with an immediate and satisfactory resolvement.

Our stay was overall pleasant in the condo for the weekend. We were in town for the nascar race, but wanted to have ocean views. There was some maintenance being done to the building that should have been completed by the time we arrived, but continued through Friday. Besides the noise coming from that the place was very nice. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

We totally enjoyed our stay! Condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable! Easy access to beach with beautiful beach views from balcony. We could see dolphins every morning! There was some beach work in progress ,with large dump trucks carrying sand to another part of the beach, and although this was a no drive beach, the truck drivers moved very slowly and were very courteous, did not pose a problem or affect the beach in front of condo. This part of beach was never crowded. Condo kitchen equipped with necessary appliances & utensils. I’ve stayed in many rentals and rate the interior of this one very high in regard to furnishings, all appliances including the kurig in this unit were like new! Close to inlet restaurants, and the marine science center, which our toddlers that visited just loved! Great place to stay.

Rental of 101

It wasn’t easy to get into the rental because the lockbox is crowded from the sea. Then once we did get in we were overwhelmed w the smell of urine! Then the refrigerator broke so we had to move all of our food into our friends unit! The ceiling fan didn’t work in the master. Let’s just say I will not rent this until again and I think they should disclose the smell before renting it out!

Absolutely perfect stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The ocean views were simply breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunrise from the balcony was a dream. Gorgeous ocean views

Very clean, well decorated, comfortable and roomy condo. Even with most of our stay was under bad weather of cold & wind, we had a very relaxing time with walks on the beach & short visits to points of interest. Highly recommended for off-season times as we had the entire beach to ourselves.

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed this condo very much and the location on the 2nd floor was fantastic. No need to use an elevator, which was fantastic.The location is close to tons of places and we visited our favorite dining spots and it is an easy drive to the Lighthouse, the Boardwalk and the Speedway. Photos do the place justice as the condo is as pictured in the listing. Decor is gorgeous, beds are comfortable and everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. The view on the balcony is outstanding.We have stayed in many condos at Southpoint and this one was definitely one of the better ones. The only suggestions I have (not necessary but would be helpful) are to provide a charge hub for phone / smartwatch etc on the nightstand in each bedroom. A full length mirror would also be helpful. Provide more than 4 towel sets for 2 guests for 5 days. I realize there is a washer and dryer, which is very nice, btw, but I do not want to do laundry on vacation lol.These suggestions did not affect our stay. We absolutely loved it and would book it again. Highly recommend. You will love it.

Beautiful Stay in Going Coastal

I was fortunate enough to enjoy a short stay at Going Coastal. This is my 2nd stay and Sheree and Kyle are amazing hosts with a pristine 1st floor, corner unit. They have all the essentials and everything is clean, organized, and comfortable. The ocean view is spectacular and I can’t wait for my next visit.

Adorable unit, gorgeous view!

The unit is roomy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer! The view is absolutely stunning, you are so close to the water, you’re almost in it! The sight and sound of the waves crashing just outside your balcony is amazing! The pool was heated and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and very residential, just be sure to pick up your groceries before you come over the bridge as there are no big stores on the inlet. We plan to come back in the future and stay here again - for a longer visit next time!

Amazing cousins getaway

This property is just as it is listed. Owners are very responsive. The beach is beautiful. Close to Daytona, restaurants, ABC store, anything else you would need. We had a wonderful stay. The pool is also great!
