fair deal great staff
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HotelsIt was a nice get away to disconnect. The single queen room was a little smaller than expected. The mattress needs replaced, not the most comfortable. In turn the staff was very accommodating, plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower and the hot tub was clean, open 24 hours and plenty hot. Very welcoming and safe environment. In expensive eats such as McDonald's for the kiddos to a more sporty eats and drinks for mom and dad at Sweet Lous. The price was right for us and we enjoy supporting local businesses in small towns. We will most definitely be back to support this business.

The ladies at the front desk were exceptional. For me never having been to this area they took the time to help me find the places I needed to go.

Good vibe, wonderful staff, facility needs some TL
Publié le 22 janv. 2024 sur HotelsOverall this Fairbridge is a great spot to stay if you're going to ski Schweitzer, I'll cover the good and the "needs improvement".
The Good:
* Wonderful friendly staff
* The ski season chili is a very nice touch
* Good chill vibe
* Ski tuning room being available is also very nice
* The hot tub is welcome.
Needs Improvement:
* Power strips in the rooms are old and frankly unsafe.
* Some wall sockets need replaced (again, old and worn out)
* More power access (aka more plugs in the wall) in rooms would be nice (but i know this is a more significant fix than the above too)
* The Wifi access point layout is poorly planned, and the radio setup is incorrect (put everything on one SSID, use a proper coverage planner that accounts for walls, use 20mhz channels on 2.4ghz, 40mhz channels on 5Ghz, 80Mhz channels on 6Ghz)

Friendly Fairbridge

Nice little breakfast area with soft biscuits and sausage gravy.
