Always a good stay.

We have been staying here for a long time. Never had any issues, front desk has always been more than helpful, rooms clean and quiet. The girl this time was so sweet. Everyone was great. The only complaint I really have is the deposit. Says 150.00. But they charge 250.00. Which is way beyond. I didn’t really appreciate being told that my spurs were too loud and to ‘pull them up or take them off’ from I am assuming the manger who proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away. When I was already trying to be quiet. The sad thing is Saturday morning only one girl working, for the breakfast and everyone yelling about food and check out and she’s doing her best, maybe have more than one employee on? She was struggling and trying to be upbeat. People have no patience and re so rude.

Was hot, had to rush to check in from an event as there is no night staff. Woke up Sunday morning to fire alarm that never shut off even after I left- tried to get breakfast and front desk lady yelled not now ladies! Because she was frazzled with alarm. Hard beds. I dunno, price was right and location, but not a great stay

When we arrived we had to go find some towels..had 2 towels for 4 people. Next day we get back to the room..wasn't cleaned and absolutely zero towels. Carpets are stained and crusty. Never again. Save your money and go elsewhere

Everything was more then excelent! This was the best experience over the last few years here in Canada! Just a little notes we can adjust to make this place even more better: In the dining area it's better to change plastic utensils to more eco friendly material then plastic! Thank you so much for this wonderful stay, wish we could stay more with you!
