Because I book thru hotels.com , I was classified as last in line for any services. Requested room service cleaning after two days there and was told they would get to it soon. Soon was two days later !! Even after daily confirmations at the front desk & manager. Hotels.com clients are third rate !!!

The first time we stayed at this property we didn’t have any issues but this time was not a very good experience at all. The staff (Greg) was anything but helpful, didn’t have any customer service skills or personality and made no effort in resolving our issues. The room was not very clean and the people in the room beside us had very loud music but yet when we tried to get the front desk to address the issue nothing was done. After several phone calls to the front desk AND to the room beside us we finally had to go to the staff to request a different room. We did not have a good experience at all and will not be staying there again in the future.

Did not get room cleaned for 3 days because Expedia customers are lowest on priority! Only Holiday inn club members get service first. Had to make a very ugly scene at front desk to get clean towels. I plan to drop Hotels.com if hotels do not respect us as customers!
