Gemischte Erfahrungen - Traumlage trifft auf RenovierungsstauLage und Außenbereich: Die ruhige Lage des Ferienhauses (Teile: Renate und Heini) ist wirklich ein Highlight. Der wunderschöne Blick auf die Weide mit Rindern und die absolute Ruhe (abgesehen von gelegentlichen tollen, lauten Vogelschwärmen) schaffen eine traumhafte Urlaubsatmosphäre.Obergeschoss: Wer die steile Treppe einmal überwunden hat, wird mit zwei sehr schön renovierten, modernen und hellen Doppelschlafzimmern belohnt. Diese bieten einen tollen Blick in den Garten und auf den Deich. Internet und Mobilfunk: Das beworbene WLAN war eine absolute Katastrophe - nur 5 MB/s Download, 1 MB/s Upload mit ständigen Ausfällen. Kaum Mobilfunknetz. Innenausstattung: Das Haus roch bei der Ankunft stark muffig und wirkte dunkel. Der gesamte Renate-Bereich, das Heini-Wohnzimmer und alle Bäder wirken stark veraltet und entsprechen dem Stil von vor 30 Jahren. Die Beleuchtung ist völlig unzureichend - besonders in der Küche fehlt Licht über der Arbeitsfläche, im Wohnzimmer wird es nicht richtig hell. Die extrem steile Treppe ist für ältere Menschen und Kinder absolut ungeeignet und gefährlich. Man muss den Kopf einziehen und eine Art Hühnerleiter hochsteigen.Ausstattung: Die Gartenmöbel sind baufällig. Fahrradabstellplatz nur draußen und ohne Möglichkeit zum abschließen.
