Sunsets, romantic and spectacular, are a breathtaking experience of the area. The nearest beach is only 3 km from the house. Fully fenced and secure garden, ideal for families and friends, boasts the large 50 sqm private pool. A beautiful gazebo, lounge terrace, loungers and parasols provide the perfect relaxation experience. A large, built-in charcoal grill and a large dining table are just steps away from the pool.

The house is spacious, new and carefully furnished. There are 7 bedrooms, each of them fully air conditioned. In addition to 6 bathrooms, it is fully equipped for a group of 15 people. The kitchen is filled with appliances, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

There are two bicycles, with which the beaches are only a few minutes away. The area is warm, sunny and quiet. Private parking is guaranteed within the property.

Wir waren mit 12 Freunden dort und hatten eine großartige Zeit! Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz – perfekt fĂŒr Gruppen. Der Strand ist ganz einfach zu erreichen, und auch der Garten lĂ€dt zum Entspannen oder gemeinsamen Grillen ein. Rundum tolle Lage mit vielen Möglichkeiten fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und AktivitĂ€ten in der Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolles Haus fĂŒr eine Workation

Wir hatten eine tolle Workation Woche mit 8 Kollegen. Viel Platz, gute Lage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, wunderschöner Garten und Pool haben die Woche rund gemacht. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung und es war fĂŒr unsere Kochabende alles vorhanden. Wenn viele Personen auf sehr stabiles Internet angewiesen sind, vorher unbedingt mit Petra, der Vermieterin, sprechen. Sie kĂŒmmert sich dann darum, dass alles zuverlĂ€ssig lĂ€uft.

Schönes, großes Haus

Je nachdem, was man machen will, ist das Haus sehr gut gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist top. Außengrill, Pool, Trampolin, Tischtennis,
 auch an Regentagen wurde uns wurde nicht langweilig. Uns hat ĂŒberrascht, dass es zwei Durchgangszimmer mit Betten gibt. Das sollte bei Familien oder guten Freunden kein Problem sein. Trotz vieler Leute mussten wir durch die viele BĂ€der nie warten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war reibungslos. Auch wenn zwischendrin was ist, gibt es immer einen Ansprechpartner. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Perfekte Location fĂŒr mehrere Familien - entspannter & schöner Urlaub!

Wir waren drei Familien & ein PĂ€rchen und hatten einen super Urlaub und tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Petra. Das Haus ist ideal aufgeteilt in einzelne Wohneinheiten und GemeinschaftsrĂ€ume. Zwar keine moderne Einrichtung aber alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Besonders toll ist der Ausenbereich mit allem was das Herz begehrt, besonders fĂŒr die Kinder. Danke an Familie Bubic auch fĂŒr Empfehlungen & Hilfe in allen Situationen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Beautiful and well-equipped house

We stayed at the House with a group of 12 People. The house and Garden are amazing and you have everything you need for a nice vacation with Friends. Our host also helped us with some tips for activities and helped to Place some reservations. We highly recommend a stay here and would Love to come back anytime

Great stay

Our family party of 8 adults and 5 children had the most wonderful stay at Villa Petra. It easily accommodated us, providing plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. Good size bathrooms and lots of toilets!! The kitchen was well equipped and had basic pantry items I.e. cling film, seasoning and oil. The outside area which includes a large pool with easy access via steps for the younger children was in constant use. An evening swim with the pool lights on was a real treat! The large tables and benches covered by a gazebo were perfect for all meals (especially BBQs) and games in the evening. Much fun was had on the trampoline, volleyball court and table tennis. There were plenty of comfy, padded sun beds and a cabana for ultimate relaxation! The driveway could easily fit four cars and had a fob operated gate to secure the property. A well stocked minimart was within walking distant and large supermarkets within an 8 minute drive. The main centre and beaches were a 10 minute drive away and there were many local activities and attractions for the family. The only improvement we suggest is a small cupboard in the main kitchen for dry food storage. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend to large family groups. We would definitely return to Villa Petra!

Ein tolles Haus

Der Checkin war sehr nett es wurde uns alles gezeigt, wir waren 12 Erwachsen und 5 Kinder. Die Lage vom Haus war sehr schön und ruhig wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der strand und die Stadt muss man mit dem Auto ca 8 min. fahren hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir kommen sicher wieder !! Ausflugsziel fĂŒr Familien auch nir wenige Minuten erreichbar.

Preis-/LeistungsverhÀltnis stimmt

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Objekt und den Gastgebern (immer erreichbar, freundlich). Der Pool hat eine tolle Grösse, die einzelnen Zimmer sind klimatisiert und angemessen ausgestattet. Umgebung ruhig und sicher. Wir waren als grosse 3-Generationen-Familie dort, es hat allen gepasst. Wir können es sehr weiterempfehlen fĂŒr Familien- oder Freundesferien. Der Gastgeber war sogar bereit, am Samstagmorgen um 06.00 Uhr das Haus wieder entgegen zunehmen, damit wir noch vor dem grossen FerienrĂŒckverkehr abfahren konnten. Wirklich top.

Large groups Villa

Overall we were happy with our stay . The location was pretty nice. With a car you were able to reach to the beach, city, shopping...in less then 10 min. The outdoor area of the villa was beautiful. Pool was large, there was a lot of space for chilling and barbecue with the whole crew. Nevertheless we didn't like the inside that much. Everything was pretty old and did not fit at all to the flare of the outdoor area. ( Staying there at bad weather days would not be nice and cozy ) Overall we still had a great time!

Tolles Haus fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern eine Woche hier. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Vor allem die Außenanlage und der Pool waren fĂŒr die Kinder einfach super! Auch der kurze Weg nach Porec ist fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und Einkaufen super.

Great Villa for family vacation

We had an amazing stay at this holiday home in Croatia, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot. The garden is a real highlight. It’s beautifully designed and ideal for children. Our kids had a blast playing there, enjoying the open space and nature. The pool was fantastic – always clean and well-maintained, perfect for cooling off on hot days and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, more like apartments, providing plenty of space for everyone. We were a group of 9 adults and 3 children, and we never felt cramped. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we will definitely be coming back!

Traumhafte 14 Tage in Porec

Wir wurden herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Das Haus sowie der große Garten waren perfekt fĂŒr unsere 4 Familien a' 4 Personen. Trampolin, Pool, Spielhaus, Federballnetz, Himmelbett, Grill - Alles was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt ist vorhanden! Die Lage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge sowie Kurztrips ist ideal. Big house, great hosts

The house is really big, very well maintained, in a very quiet location, about 7 minutes drive to big shops like Kaufland, Lidl, etc. The communication with the hosts was very good, they were super responsive and helpful. A Christmas tree was set up in the house for us together with some small gifts and we were given some farewell gifts also. The house is set up with apartments, each one with its bathroom and a kitchen area. When renting the whole house for a big group, that caused a bit of inconvenience because the living room area is way too small for all. In summer that won’t be a problem as the outside area is great, with lots of space and one would spend most time there. But, in winter we had to spend a lot of time on the chairs in the kitchen. TV also could be changed with smart one to allow use of apps like Netflix etc, as there were only a few channels working. On the other hand, having many fridges was great. The kids loved the outside area with the table tennis, playground, badminton area and trampoline. Perfect size and in great condition. Bbq was also great. One of the floors was closed so, even though we rented the whole house, we did not have access to all the rooms as mentioned on the site. Some of the beds need to be replaced as they are super noisy. It was great to have many of them available. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely go back in summer but to rent the house as a whole and not by apartments.

Super!!!

Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben sehr großzĂŒgiges GrundstĂŒck mit Pool, Tischtennisplatte und Netz. Alles was sonst da war durfte auch genutzt werden. Die Familie ist super freundlich und die Kommunikation hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Unser Urlaub war super gut ich kann das Haus nur jedem Empfehlen.

A wonderful stay

The property itself is comfortably large, so we had no problem fitting even our 13-people-group inside. Everything was clean and ready to use. The owners were incredibly kind, as they welcomed us with gifts and spent a lot of time explaining the house and all its features. Overall a very beautiful experience.
