Bed was extra/extra firm. The floor was probably softer to be honest. The pillows were the same. The room smelled like mold. I booked factoring the rating of 9+ no clue how this spot was even above a 6 to be honest.

Everything was good the only thing that I had requested a late checkout and the ladies were literally banging the door. Very uncomfortable due that my husband works night shift and he was asleep

Staff was nice but hotel is run down. Bathroom was old and moldy the only new item was the mirror. There were large cobwebs on the ac, windows and ceilings and the pillows were stained.

I expected more staff and this facility. Honestly over priced but unfortunately there are not many descent hotels in a 50 mile radius this place.

Nice clean hotel and great location. Big clean room. Just had no artwork on the walls so felt a little bare, but just minor issue. Otherwise great hotel.
