Outside the property shines with multiple hangout zones including a covered patio hot tub and backyard bar setup perfect for every season.
Whether you are planning a family getaway friends weekend or extended stay near Port Austin this home delivers privacy comfort and that just right mix of fun and calm that keeps guests coming back.
HOUSE RULES:
- No more than 6 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dogs and pets are not allowed.
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
