Newly constructed 5 BR, 5 Bath all suite home in the deed restricted "Tidelands" Subdivision. Breakwater Beach House is steps away from the cinnamon sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico with views of the breaking waves from the main deck! Bring your family and friends and come enjoy the Beach Life!

The space
Brand New Home! Every room has its own connected bathroom for privacy! Smart Tvs in every room including downstairs entertaining area. Everything you need is included for a fun trip to the beach including beach chairs, umbrella, EZUP canopy, boogie boards, ice chest and sand toys!

**Items you may need**

We provide our guests with a "starter pack" for your stay which includes the following: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 5 trash bags, 1 dishwashing sponge, a few dishwashing pods, small amount of K-cup coffee, with creamer and sweeteners. Please be aware that you may have to supplement your stay with your own items in these categories to prepare for the length of your trip and number of guests that will be in the home.

**Parking**

We have 5-6 parking spaces at our home depending on the size of the vehicle. If you are bringing a trailer with a UTV or golf cart, you should account for this in the space available. Please do not park on our neighbors property. If we receive a phone call about cars parked on their driveways or grass, we will ask you to remove the vehicle immediately. Failure to do so will result in a call to law enforcement to have it removed. Parking on the road is also prohibited. The streets are narrow and your vehicle is at risk of damage from the regular traffic.

**Plumbing**

Our homes in Crystal Beach are on a fragile sewer system. Please dispose of food waste into the garbage and not down the drain. Also refrain from flushing anything down the toilet except for toilet paper.

Excellent Beach Trip

My family stayed at Chris' beach house for a long weekend to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. We had a big group and found the house to be absolutely perfect for us. We loved the downstairs hangout area and all of the beach equipment there for us to use. The house was very clean and new. Highly recommend this home!

Paradise in Galveston

Chris’s property is so beautiful and the accomodations are above and beyond. From 12 beach chairs, 2 wagons, beach toys, Canopy, full equipped kitchen with plenty of plates/cups, plenty of beds/ queen size bunks. He is very responsive if we had any concerns and made sure there is a solution to them. Our family raved about the property and enjoyed it very much. So close to the beach, spacious and clean. I would love to have future stays at this property again. you will not regret booking here.
