Calypso Cove is a newly built 3 BR, 2 Bath home that is perfect for your trip to Crystal Beach, Texas, Bolivar Peninsula. Our open floor plan living room and kitchen creates a wonderful space for gathering with family and friends. So, whether you're relaxing in the cozy bedrooms or exploring the nearby attractions, this house provides a delightful retreat. We look forward to welcoming you to our little bit of heaven!

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and provide all the dishes, silverware and cooking utensils and cook ware. We also have a Keurig that will brew 1 cup or 1 pot. We have a small amount of K-cups and ground coffee with creamer and sweeteners. We include a small supply of dish pods, dish soap and sponge, trash bags and paper towels. All you need to bring is the food and family! Please be aware that you may have to supplement your stay with your own items depending on your length of stay and number of guests.

The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a stand up shower and seperate tub as well as a huge walk in closet to store your luggage while you’re there. There is a 60” Smart TV to help you wind down at night. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and a 58” Smart TV. The bunk room is my absolute favorite! It has 2 sets of queen over queen bunk beds for a total of 4 MORE QUEEN BEDS!! The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have a small shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. We also provide some trash bags, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. The laundry room has a new set of washer and dryer free for guests to use including 5 laundry pods.

We have provided beach towels, chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach with you. There is also a 4 seater golf cart on the property.

**GUEST ACCESS**
All access to the home except for 1 bedroom closet.


**PARKING**
We have enough parking for 5-6 cars depending on the size of the vehicle. If you are bringing a raider with a UTV or golf cart, you should account for this in the available space. Please do not park on any neighbors property. If we receive a phone call about cars parked on their driveways or grass, we will ask you to remove the vehicle immediately. Failure to do so will result in a call to law enforcement to have it removed. Parking on the road is also prohibited. The streets are narrow and your vehicle is at risk of damage from the regular traffic.

**Plumbing**
Our homes in Crystal Beach are on a fragile sewer system. Please dispose of food waste into the garbage and not down the drain. Also refrain from flushing anything down the toilet except for toilet paper.
