Pelican's Perch Crystal Beach

I've never left a review before but the property and it's owner Adriann deserve a standing ovation! The property was so aesthetically pleasing. We had 8 adults and It rained most of the time we were there so we spent a lot of time at the house and it was very comfortable and cozy. I've never seen a kitchen so stocked. I always bring my own kitchen things because usually the properties kitchen equipment is old and used. NOT AT THIS HOUSE! Adriann had everything and anything you needed. From the time I booked the property, Adriann was on top of it. She stayed in contact with me made sure we were all set for our stay at her house. We will definitely stay there again. Adriann and her property get 5 stars from our group!! :)

The house was so clean and open. We had 10 guests, there was seating and room for everyone. We were minutes from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes. Family getaway

The property was even more inviting than the pictures online! When you walk in you feel you have started the vacation- the decor is lovely and welcoming. The owners truly have everything on site for a stress free, wonderful beach experience! Comfy beds, plush towels, and the bunk room topped it off the the grandkids. The all star was the LIFT!!!! All 8 of us had a fantastic time and will definitely book again🏖️

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful house! Everything was clean and exactly as described. The beach was a quick walk from the house and was a perfect place to bring the whole family. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very hospitable. We would love to stay here again!

Plenty of Space to Spread Out

This was our first stay here and we enjoyed it. The rooms are very spacious, the living room offers plenty of seating and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving items. We enjoyed the giant Connect 4 and the cargo lift was a tremendous help. The walk to the beach is closer to 6/7 minutes but it’s a very easy walk. We will most definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect Pelican Perch

Family Summer Trip

We stayed at “Pelican’s Perch” this summer to ‘host’ family visiting from the Midwest and provide an ocean experience. The beach was great - but - the accommodations put it over the top! Plenty of space for the family to comfortably congregate and sleeping (beds) for all! The beach house was very clean and provided everything listed. Further - the hosts were very responsible and incredibly insightful providing recommendations and advice regarding stores/restaurants on island. I cannot recommend more.

Family Trip

We had a great experience staying at Pelican’s Perch. It was very clean and well stocked. And our 6 year old loved the bunk beds. Anytime I had a question, it was answered very quickly and sweetly. We plan on booking again in the future. Easiest renting experience we’ve had.
