The Space:

Sunset Paradise is where the best beach days linger a little longer. Start with coffee on the deck, come back together for a soak in the six-person hot tub, then let dinner and conversation stretch into the evening at the custom tiki bar. End the night with s’mores around the fire pit and plans to do it all again tomorrow. 🌊



🌴 Outdoor living

The expansive deck is set up for time together, with a custom tiki bar, color-changing lights, an outdoor TV and a five-burner grill. Settle into the six-person hot tub, bring out the yard games, or let kids and pets enjoy the fenced yard. Adults should supervise children around the stairs, bunk beds, decks, hot tub, fire pit and grill.

A Pack ’n Play is available for a younger child and is not included in the 14-person count.



🍽️ Easy group living

The open living area keeps everyone connected. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, a dining table and a Keurig, making family breakfasts and relaxed dinners simple. Fresh linens, towels and essential toiletries are provided, and 3 full bathrooms plus 1 half bath help everyone get ready with less waiting.



🐾 Families and pets

Between the open gathering spaces, fenced yard, outdoor hangout areas and flexible sleeping setup, kids, grown-ups and four-legged family members each have a place to settle in.



🚗 PARKING & ACCESS

Driveway parking is available. The garage is not accessible to guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire home and the outdoor spaces shown in the listing, including the deck, hot tub, tiki bar, fire pit and fenced yard. The garage is not available to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Set on Bolivar Peninsula in the Crystal Beach area, Sunset Paradise is a base for Gulf days, fishing, golf-cart outings and relaxed evenings with the group. Shops, restaurants and golf-cart rentals are available in the area. Review the map and digital guide when planning your itinerary.



Getting Around:

Many guests explore the peninsula by car or rented golf cart. Rental providers and operating rules can change, so consult the digital guide and confirm details directly with the provider. The Galveston–Port Bolivar ferry is toll-free, but wait times and service levels vary with traffic and weather.



Other Things to Note:

Rinse sand and sunscreen off before entering the hot tub. Peninsula internet may be less consistent than city service, so bring a hotspot backup if uninterrupted high-speed access is essential. The garage is not available. Vehicles parked on most Bolivar Beach areas need a current county parking sticker; check current rules before driving onto the beach. Ferry schedules, waits and service levels vary with traffic and weather.
