"Service desk staff friendly and handled job professionally as it seemed that everyone walked in at one time and had a room full of customers. Room exceeded expectation for the price. Very clean, well designed, with complete kitchenette-dishes included. Beds comfortable and towels were newer and not thin rags like some other places. We had a little issue with the water pressure, but water was hot. Pool appeared cleaned although we did not utilize as it was still too cold, but kids were enjoying. Breakfast was great, just wished planned accordingly as items were no longer available and still had 30+minitues left of serving time. Highly recommend and would stay here again. "

"My room smelled like sewer, it made it hard to relax & even snack in there due to how bad the smell was they did come in and spray something to help the smell but in the middle of the night it got worse. I was only there 1 night & just was more excited to leave than anything. "

"1. Gym was not attended as no new towels and it looked like it had not been vacuumed for awhile. 2. LOVED the bubbly and regular cold and hot water 24 hours and the coffee machine was amazing. 3. Rooms clean and lovely. 4. Candace was SUPER HERO HELPER 5. BOO hoo to the room with the dog barking all night but I was kindly moved to another room but then it was too loud so I moved back and then my key would not work but Candace and all the staff were so kind and patient with all this."

"My experience with this hotel was horrible. Next to my bed in the wall was a huge hole the very entrance the base board was piling off from the wall. the bathtubs The water wouldn't drain. And there's mold behind the toilet I’m definitely never recommend this hotel for nobody"

"The room was gross. All sticky and with a broken shower. Smell of weed all over the place. The only thing good about it is what it was quiet. Surprisingly quiet. "
