Shack on Seaview is your quintessential Port Elliot beach house — light-filled, laid-back, and ready for unforgettable holidays. Step through the protected enclosed porch into a stylish front lounge with soft tones, comfy seating, and a large TV. High ceilings and exposed timber beams create an airy sense of space, while split-system evaporative air-conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round.

Continue through to the open-plan kitchen and dining zone, where large windows frame the gentle hills beyond. The vintage-style kitchen offers plenty of room to cook, featuring a walk-in pantry, electric stovetop and oven, plus ample bench space. The large timber table seats eight, making it ideal for long family lunches or shared breakfasts before the beach.

A second living room invites quiet time or movie nights and opens directly to the rear patio, perfect for alfresco meals and lazy evenings. A large backyard awaits beyond, complete with a heated outdoor shower and fire pit with log seating — a true highlight for those cool, starlit nights.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, built-in wardrobes, and a compact ensuite. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, garden views and a calming design, and two further bedrooms each offer king single beds with space to unwind. The main bathroom includes a full-sized bath and walk-in shower, while the laundry provides a washer and direct outdoor access.

Out front, the gravel drive and shaded trees set a peaceful, coastal tone, allowing parking for up to four cars. A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
