A quaint little retreat for a family, situated in a quiet family friendly cul de sac.

This 3 bedroom cottage offers a great little getaway base for Port Fairy and is made for families. There is plenty of parking and a well cared for little garden at the front. The front porch is a perfect haven for your morning coffee, enjoying the slow pace holidays are all about.

Head inside and find the three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms offer Queen beds and plenty of storage, the third has a set of single bunks and single bed. There is a large bathroom with separate bath and shower. The bathroom also provides a washing machine for your stay. Off the bedrooms is a large living space with a comfortable L shaped sofa perfect for relaxing in to watch a movie at the end of the day in front of the large gas log fire.

The kitchen offers a dishwasher, coffee machine and breakfast nook to enjoy the morning sunshine. Next door to the kitchen there is a separate dinning area for family dinner in the evening which overlooks the large decking and grassy back yard. Enjoy an evening BBQ with the family, take the time to kick a footy in the back yard with the kids or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.

Avery Street is a quiet cul de sac located to the side of the local primary school where you can access the play equipment & full size outdoor basketball court. There are ample options of activities all within walking distance. The local skate park is right around the corner or head towards Russell Creek Reserve and enjoy the abundant bird life and quiet calm in this little oasis. A pleasant stroll down the road will find you at the local playground situated on the river and also at the start of the footpath that leads you out to the lighthouse on Griffith Island.

The best part of a Port Fairy holiday is our family friendly South Beach and Pea Soup Cove that is only a 10 min walk, the perfect place for wallowing during the summer heat or long rugged up walks during the winter.

Pets welcome by appointment & free wifi as an added bonus. This is certainly a property to consider for your next family holiday.

Great, pet friendly house to stay at. Short drives to some great walks discovering caves, ancient volcanos and empty beaches along the great ocean road.Warm cozy place with gas fire heater for the indoor days. Very helpful property managers.

Perfect spot in a beautiful town

We had a wonderful stay in Port Fairy. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The gas log fire was beautiful and the backyard was nice and secure for our dog. The location was perfect and was in walking distance to the beach and town. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Lovely family stay

The house had everything we needed for a family holiday, including a trampoline in the garden. We loved that it was dog friendly and enjoyed the outdoor space and the fire in the cool evenings. The agent was easy to deal with and very responsive.

The cottage was true to is description and photographs and located a very easy 10 minute stroll from the main street of Port Fairy. It was in a very quiet location.

The house was very lovely, I took my pets the backyard is fully enclosed, and it is only a short walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and overall very clean.
