Two Two Two provides the ultimate beach living in Port Fairy with plenty of space for multiple families to enjoy this relaxed and comfortable home. Drive up and park on the expansive lawn. There is plenty of space of this grassy lawn which is perfect for a rough and tumble, or a game of footie.

The unique layout of this home offers 2 separate areas and 4 bedrooms. Opposite the front door is the first bedroom with 2 single beds. The first area downstairs is a suite, with King bed, living area and ensuite that offers a spa bath and separate shower. The split system means you are covered whatever the weather and it also has access to the outside back garden and beach path.

The second area is a unit which offers 2 bedrooms; one with a Queen and one with a King, both with built in robes. The bathroom hosts a corner bath with shower. There is also an additional little kitchenette area with 2 hobs as well as basic amenities and a dining area great for morning coffee/breakfast away from it all.

There is a separate laundry downstairs with both washer and dryer, as well as a line for hanging items in the sun. Outside the laundry is an outdoor shower for a rinse off after your swim.

Head upstairs and enjoy the large outdoor decking with BBQ and rural views. There are 3 bedrooms in this section, the first with Queen bed, the second with a tri bunk and single bed and the third, the master, with King bed and ensuite access. The ensuite, also accessed via the corridor, has a separate toilet, large bath and separate shower. The master also has its own balcony with views over East Beach and large walk in robes.

There is a large back living area with sofas and large screen TV, perfect for family movie night or somewhere to send the children in the evening. The second living space is an open plan with the kitchen and dining area at the front of the house. The kitchen has a large central island with plenty of counter space and the second living area boasts floor to ceiling windows and those amazing views. Sit on the large corner couch and just take in the wild ocean views, or take a glass of wine out onto the balcony and listen to the call of the birds as they hunt.

Two Two Two has its own path down to East Beach, the beach is ideal for surfing or body boarding the waves. Enjoy a morning swim, you could even brave a dip in winter - one way to reset your body! In the summer send the kids to Port Fairy's nippers, enjoy a cup of coffee from Charlie's on East and a walk through the rolling waves back home.
