East Beach

Relax in this tastefully modern & stylish beachfront home with endless ocean views. This property allows you to really appreciate the outdoors. Modern and stylish, making it ideal for small groups, couples as well as families. Embrace the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Equipped with all new decor and state-of-the-art appliances, this space is perfectly suited to entertain in style. Framing the end of this space are luxurious floor to ceiling bi-fold doors boasting stunning, uninterrupted views of the Eastern Beach. There are two tastefully appointed King Size bedrooms. One is complimented with 180 degree ocean panorama, the other overlooks Port Fairy's rural landscape and that of Belfast Lough. Each of these two spacious bedrooms is well equipped with matching ensuite bathroom, robe, luxurious fixtures & fittings along with ample space to take time out for yourself. Other features include a third bedroom with the ability to sleep up to 4 guests, making this the perfect kids retreat. There are two outdoor decking spaces, the first being on the ocean front, extending from the living and dining area, with the beach only meters away. The second is on the rooftop, offering a loft style entertaining area, BBQ with both Rural and ocean views.

Please note: Ocean View is best suited for 2-3 couples for families.

The bunk / third bedroom is not suitable for up to 4 Adults due to it's size. Please keep this in mind when booking our property for you and your guests as we want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Should you be booking for more than 6 Adults, try our neighbouring property in Aqua Mist.

A wonderful 5 nights

This is a lovely place to stay for several nights in Port Fairy. Right on the beach with full views and morning and afternoon decks to capture the sun. The town house was well appointed, quiet and a great place for three generations in one family to stay. We are already thinking about when we can come back.

Everything was great about the property but a neighbour was unreasonable about smoking restrictions. Although her open door was at least 30 feet away, she complained numerous times about smoking in the garden area and even left a nasty note when we were out.
