Salt Cottage - charming two–bedroom retreat

The main bedroom features a king bed set in a light, breezy space, while the second bedroom provides both a double and a single, making it ideal for mixed groups. The heart of the cottage is its open living and dining area — styled with a modern yet relaxed touch — where you can curl up by the fire in winter or keep cool with air conditioning through the warmer months.

Practical touches include a walk-in shower, laundry facilities with washer and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

Step outside for a short wander to the sand, or settle in for a cosy night with Wi-Fi and TV entertainment. Perfectly balancing comfort and convenience, Salt Cottage is an easy choice for your next Port Fairy escape.

Please note we do not supple firewood but this can be brought with you or purchased from the local BP Petrol Station.

Comfortable stay. Living area suitable for 2. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Would be good if light over stove worked for bench-top lighting.A heater in the bathroom would be appreciated as the mornings were cold. We had to bring in the small outdoor table from the deck as there was no coffee table - nowhere to put those essential drinks!Info advised off street parking for one car but the big old double tin gates were chained so it was street parking only.Fly wire on the only entrance was missing in parts and broken elsewhere so we had to keep the solid door closed to keep out the millions of flies and bugs that congregated on the front verandah - a shame as the weather was delightful.Short, easy drive to shops.
