Poor experience

Poor experience - Heating did not operate and the temp outside was around 3 degrees so family was very cold overnight. Raised the following day, where staff seemed to be aware of issue and we were swapped rooms. It did not live up to the price paid for the property so was a disappointing experience. No contact from owner, and a very minor discount was applied, however should really have been a refund.

We, husband and I, have stayed at the Victoria Appartments several times. We find them very comfortable, well maintained, and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

The condition of the property was poor. The inside area was unclean, bathroom and toilet unclean, stains and hair on bed linen, floor area not vacumed. Ouside area not clean. Very uninviting. Definally not worth the asking price. One star given based on condition of appartment and service lack of service at front counter. Very unprofessional.

All the rooms were clean except the bathroom. The extractor fan was full of dust, there were cobwebs in the corner of the shower, and the corners of the floor were dusty. Everything else was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful big apartment with living area and TV, dinning room, full kitchen and nice bath. Two bedrooms. Looks new all the way through. Clean for sure. Washer and dryer. Even has a garage below with remote door opener.
