Beautiful Villa -43 TP

Spend your next getaway at this beautiful Golf Villa at the South Padre Golf Course. This Golf Villa is a 2 bedroom ,2 bath with 1 car garage with 1,148 sq. ft four-plex style unit located away on golf fairway. It has a patio deck with a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Golf Villa includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.

This Villa has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a 36" flat screen TV and the master bedroom has a 27" TV.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV for nighttime viewing. It comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a full bathroom in the hallway

The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!
