Spend your next getaway at this beautiful Golf Villa at the South Padre Golf Course. This Golf Villa is a 3 bedroom ,2 bath. It has a patio deck with a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Golf Villa includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.

This Villa has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a 43" flat screen TV.
The master bedroom has a King bed with a flat 38" screen TV for nighttime viewing. It comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has Queen size bed, 3rd Bedroom has a 2 twin beds and a full bathroom in the hallway

The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

Property exactly as described! Communication with owner was sufficient with spot-on directions for check-in & use of facilities during stay! Nice, quiet location about 15-20 minutes from SPI! Kids loved the fact that the pool was next door to the residence! Would definitely recommend to others & stay again!

Home away from home

Loved the townhome layout of the property. Very simple and useable space. The gated location gives you a relaxing feeling of security. The pool is awesome and the neighbors are very friendly. Enjoyed our stay so much, we will be looking for a property to buy in the same area. We had everything we needed for our stay, some light, morning cooking in a well stocked kitchen. Property was very clean and well kept. We would like to stay there again and take advantage of a round of golf next time.

Very clean!

This property was very clean and cozy! It was in walking distance of the pool which was great! I do suggest taking toiletries as they didn't even supply TP. Would definitely stay here again!
