Upgraded Villa -37 TP

Family friendly villa newly furnished and remodeled. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a bunkbed with a full size bed over a twin. This Villa is fully furnished with Wi-Fi throughout the house, cable in the living room with a 42" Smart Roku TV and in the master, bedroom has a Smart Roku 32" tv. It has an enclosed screened in patio with outside furniture and a gas grill . Guest has access to two swimming pools, professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Tennis Court, Fitness Room, and a Clubhouse. It's a quiet, relaxing and is in a gated community. Activities nearby – beach, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding, and wildlife preserve.
No Pets Allowed / No Smoking/ Laguna Vista is 5 miles from Port Isabel and 12 miles from the Beach and 25 miles from Mexico.

The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

Fantastic golf course getaway!

We stayed for Memorial Weekend 2021. This golf course villa was amazing! It was beautifully furnished, ample toiletries, sheets, towels, etc., and very cozy! We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place

Very clean and comfortable townhome located in a gated community of very well maintained homes. Very spacious with all the amenities you would need. Great to have a garage and laundry machines as well. Close enough to commute to SPI - 30 min drive.

Be Careful if you book

This condo is a really nice place to stay. Convenient to South Padre Island and South Padre Golf course. The place it self is really well cared for and clean. We did have 2 major problems however. First we booked this condo because of the location to the golf course and the island. The ad said that it sleeps 4 but when we checked in there was one bedroom with a nice large bed for 2. The other bedroom has been converted to a study like environment and there was no bed at all. When we called to find out what was going on the property manager was away for the weekend and the person on the emergency contact number could not help us. The other problem was the gas grill... Who doesn't want to grill steaks when on vacation. The gas grill had no propane tank attached and a search of the condo failed to turn one up. Again, when we called for assistance the person at the emergency contact number said she could not help and suggested we go buy a tank and they would reimburse us. This was not acceptable. Overall, we had a very nice stay. As long as sleeping on couch pillows laid out on the floor works for you if you're trying to accommodate more than 2 people. Otherwise I would look for a different condo.

Beautiful & comfortable!

My boyfriend & I enjoyed every second of our trip to South Padre. The villa was very clean, spacious & comfortable. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town!
